Kartchner's is always great, but Billy's is still king.

No one comes close to Billy’s specialty items.. Their Boudin balls and egg rolls are GOAT.
I’ll give Kartchner's a shot when they open on this end but I don’t see them being a big hit compared to what we have already.

Billys has always been my favorite but I recently found a 1b, Mr. Ts in Elton. Different style boudin, very dark. Really good stuff.
