Krispy Kreme Or Dunkin?

KK. Dunkin's donuts aren't better than a grocery stores.

Coming from someone who likes just about every brand of donut, I don’t understand how Dunkin’ Donuts stays in business. They are horrible.

Standard donuts? KK

Apple fritter? DD

I don’t think I’ve had a donut that degrades as much over time as KK.

But when they come off the conveyer belt, there’s still nothing better.

Mary Lee is like eating a grocery store donut made by people who don’t give a shite about quality.

There are several locally owned donut shops in Houston that are better than every other corporate donut place, except for KK.

KK still wins for their unique texture that dissolves as you bite.

To me, my all-time favorite was Blueberry cake donuts with morning coffee from cafeteria at work Baxter plant in Illinois way back when. Now it is Apple Fritters. Hardly ever eat a donut now, but I still love apple fritters.

Dunkin has a few good donuts. The pink icing and chocolate glaze specifically. Most of the donuts are crap, but my two favorite chain donuts are still the ones listed.

Then you have issues and an incredible lack of business and life awareness.

And this is not a commentary on DD being good.

I generally prefer KK, but Dunkin has a few cake donuts that are pretty decent when they're fresh...sour cream and blueberry for example.

Dd is disgusting
