Room temp.
Restaurants keep it room temp. And I have no desire to dip piping hot fries in something really cold.

I'd rather it room temp but I won't complain if it's cold.

I gave this some serious thought before answering and I wonder if anyone else feels the same. I keep ketchup in the fridge. But when I squirt some on my plate I usually have some other prep to do like make a drink or get something out of the oven. So, the ketchup is on my plate for about 1 minute and it quickly assumes room temp.

For some reason, ketchup just doesn't stay cold very long when exposed to air.

i really don't eat ketchup on much, mainly fried fish and french fries.. cold, warm, doesn't matter..
BUT what does matter is, i'll eat any kind including Great Valu before i contribute to the heinz/kerry family.

I'll go without before I'll buy Heinz.
