Just moved to New Orleans - Late Night Food/Drinks

Just moved to New Orleans. Im enjoying the great food, but I wanted to know some of the good late night(after midnight) spots to have a drink. Im pretty laid back and not looking for a wild scene. Any suggestions or links to previous threads similar to this?

Just moved into Saulet apartments by the bridge, but i'm not limited to just this area. Looking for drinks, but I'm open to all suggestions. I need to try them all at least once.

I remember someone saying they didn't like going there any more because it was getting too dark for them
