Just finished the last of my Kartchner’s Boudin

Went home a few months back and loaded my freezer with it when got back. I'll let the family know I plan on coming back for Christmas but will be for alternative reasons. Next time i'll bring a bigger ice chest. Rant over

Not to say Billy's is bad boudin now, baw. But Kartschner's is a cut above
I'll tell you though you keep on down 90 and there's a place called Lejeune's I think? Worst boudin I've ever had. I threw it out .

Yea Kartchner's has good boudin balls but in my opinion Billy's is way better. Never understood the hardon everyone has for Kartchner's.

Because their meat to rice ratio and flavor is better. Billy's has too much race and I find the texture a little grainy
