So I bought a new griddle for outside and wanted and tips or recommendations you guys who have had them could share.
I know I need to season the griddle but would like to hear some of your stories about that. Also, what would you recommend for accessories to help in cooking that are must needs.
TIA.

First thing I’d recommend is to find a heat source

It's really easy.
Crank to high, put light coating of oil, let it burn off, repeat 3-5 times.

Some nice big metal spatulas. A bacon press, a good cover.

Dip your swim trunks in the pool then heat them up on the griddle before putting them on.
ETA: my advice made more sense when this was originally posted to the OT.

As other have said a couple big spatulas, a press and also a steamer (think large metal bowl with handle). Bigger the better on the steamer. Some have made their own on here. Also a grease catcher w liners if yours didnt come with one and they are selling after market ones that are larger.

Clean it well after every use and itll stay in top shape for a long time. After scraping and as its cooling off but still hot, pour a little oil and rub in all over so itll burn off and stay seasoned.

Check out some youtube videos for some good recipes, tips, and ideas. The Waltwins, Hungry Hussey, and Flat Top King are three of my favorites.
