Tony’s seasoning.

This. Every single thing I cook gets anywhere between a dash and a scoop of the shite. If it could be reduced down into a liquid I would just inject it.

Hate to duplicate what has already be mentioned but....
Cast iron skillets are always on my stove. The pots I have to walk a couple of feet for. Used daily.

Glass Pyrex/Anchor Hocking bowls with lids. Easy to clean and stack well in cabinet/Fridge

now have an excuse for eating bacon more regularly - I take a paper towel and soak up the bacon grease, store it in a plastic bag, and use it to light my charcoal chimney. One select-a-size paper towel soaked in bacon grease is all it takes. Bacon grease seems to have an infinite storage time, so I always have these fire starters on hand.

I toss the oily paper towel I use to oil the grill into the chimney, and use it to light the charcoal next time I grill.

Tongs was the first thing I thought of.

I have a couple pairs.

A good spatula is another thing. Not some cheap thing that bends when you try to flip over whatever it is you're cooking.

A good knife sharpener.
