The hillbilly queso, brushfire taco, and their breakfast tacos are pretty solid. I can do without the rest.

Brushfire & Crossroads are good to me. Give it a shot and see what you think.

I love Torchy's.

The queso is awesome, and I usually get either the Trailer Park (get it trashy!), fried avocado, or the Crossroads.

It's very good. They have some of the best queso you'll ever try, and all their tacos are solid. Lots of their tacos of the month are great too. Right now it's a chicken and waffles one I think.

My favorites:
- Green Chili Pork - Missionary Style (adds a fried corn tortilla on the inside of the flour and some other goodies)
- Crossroads (brisket)
- Democrat (barbacoa)
- Brushfire (jerk chicken, mango, diablo sauce)
- Dirty Sanchez (egg, fried poblano pieces, pickled carrots and onions. A very BIG taco)

Irks me tremendously that they close at 2 pm every day.

Great to hear. I’ve only been once because of the hours. This will soon change.

Very solid non-authentic tacos. I like their breakfast options more than their regular tacos, but never been disappointed.

Tacodeli is best for breakfast tacos anyways. The brisket is legit.

I could flip Tacodelu and Torchys but I am burned out on Torchys. Velvet blows them both away.

I get velvet at least once a week. I'm gonna have to learn to love tacodeli and torchys because the closest velvet taco is at Austin's shops of legacy.
