There are so many good taco food trucks in austin I would be hitting those. Veracruz is a good one and has several locations. You living in south austin?

Oh yeah, I'm not worried about that. I can walk out my front door in any direction and get great tacos. There's a Veracruz that's about a 5 minute walk from my house. We're off South Lamar.

Yeah got to go once before this damn shut down. It'll definitely be a top spot to drink since I can stumble home after. Maybe even grab drunk Whataburger.

It's hit-and-miss. Some of their tacos are really good; some are pretty meh. I personally don't feel it deserves the hype it receives.

Been to velvet twice. Not a fan.

The diablo sauce from Torchy's is the best.

Snag a few breakfast tacos from Rosa's from time to time.

Surprised it took this long for someone to bring up the diablo sauce. Torchy's, Taco Deli, and Velvet (have only been after night out so bad barometer) are all good. Fuego is prob my fav in CenTex but closest one is in San Marcos unfortunately.

We were told we HAD to go to Fuego when we were in College Station, and I left mystified as to why there was both a line and why it was recommended to me.

Put me with the Velvet > Torchy's crowd.
