Is there a name for the ribeye cap?

It is the best part of the whole cow but I don't know what it's actually called.

Had my first one this year at Café Josephine. Was damn good and worth every penny.

Costco used to sell a ribeye cap steak. It was two or three cap pieces rolled into a round steak tied with twine. $30 lb and was one of the best steaks I’ve ever eaten. Not sure if they still sell those. Haven’t been to a Costco in years.
