Is raising cane's a carbon copy of zaxby's or vice versa

after living in georgia the past few months. i finally stopped at a zaxby's. aside from the food selection secret sauce the whole interior of the room as well as the exterior looks too much like raising cane's.
the food tasted about the same (obviously so since its chicken fingers) but cheaper than todd graves version of chicken fingers.

I think zaxbys kicks the shite outta canes

well i only had it once and i was pleased. i thought the chicken could have been a little warmer but overall it wasnt that bad. i do think todd graves ripped them or guthrie's off

there's a zaxby's and cane's about 1/3 mile from each other on county line. never tried zaxby's but agree about the same look from the exterior.

Zaxbys was started in 1990, Raising Canes in 1996, so there is your answer.

Zaxby's has wings and menu choices so neither is that similar.

I always thought Caine's was a rip-off of Baileys. In the late 90's they were across the street from each other on College dr.

I was hoping someone would FINALLY bring this up.

He opened a year before Baileys.

Some people here in Texas say he stole the idea from Layne's chicken fingers in A&M, it was started in 1994.

I just got back from spending a month in Alabama and I have to say that I prefer zaxby's over canes.

I like the menu options at zaxbys but their chicken fingers are terrible compared to canes . Anyone who says otherwise is an idiot.

Yeah, but you better know that Dalrymple goes to the hood eventually.
