When we lived there years ago, there used to be a place off of Mason rd. I forget the name of it, but it was damn good. Always had LSU people there.

Poboy: Half & Half from BB’s. Fried shrimp and fried oyster mix. Not a fan of their “Cajun Texan” stuff, but they do a great job with fried shrimp, oysters and catfish. Bread on the poboys is legit.
Gulf oysters: Assuming you want big, salty and raw. BB’s and Roux Pour.
BBQ: What List said. Don’t go to Rudy’s.

Tad’s, BB’s, or YaYa’s for poboys. Brett’s or Daddy Duncan’s for bbq. Brett’s is closed Mon and Tuesday. I think everything is curbside with them. Daddy Duncan’s is only open on Friday and Saturday. Harlem Road BBQ is also pretty good. You also may want to check out Pappa Gyro’s. They have great Greek food, hot dogs, Italian Beef sandwiches.Rouxpour in La Centerra has great oysters.

BB's does good on po-boys (not far off I-10 on 99).
Brett's for BBQ (Mason Rd and about a 1/2 mile south of I-10). True hole in the wall and carry out only.
Know it wasn't on your list but steak fajitas at Lupe Tortillas is very good.

BB's shrimp and grits are great if you like.
