What’s your go to?

I just made Oak Grove for the first time in years purely for nostalgia and actually love it.

I like Oak Grove too,but Jambalaya Girl is pretty damn good as well.

Agree, never had it from a box, knowingly, in my life.
And I’d cry If Conecuh was the sausage I had to use in any dish.

I keep hearing how good Oak Grove is - do people generally doctor it aside from adding meat?

It’s good on its own. I’ve added sautéed bell pepper before but honestly it’s just as good on its own

Cajun Spicy is good. It’s made in Pierre Part. We used to get it at Jerry Lees.
