Also: Bin 77 might serve the purpose as well. Start with dinner in the main area, and then after dinner head over to the sidebar for a drink.

I'm more of a fan of Bin when it's warm enough to sit outside in the courtyard, but still not a bad suggestion.

I also like Blend, but that's downtown, which is verboten

Nino's is a great choice if you want small, intimate.

However, I would suggest Digiulio Brothers, it is a solid choice especially if you want a bit more chatter. Also, it is packed every night of the week, which is a big plus in a first date scenario. Sitting in an empty, quiet restaurant is uncomfortable. Food is not the greatest, but it is an easy place to relax.

Chatter is putting it delicately. That place is fricking loud

I second Penetta's. Quiet, romantic. small restaurant with places around to grab an after dinner drink or three if things go well at dinner.

That's what I would suggest. And I'm a fan of the food there. I think it's the best Italian in the city.

Full on dinner is a rookie move. Do something with drinks and small plates like Olive or Twist, Adrian’s, Bin 77/Side Bar etc

I’ve been wanting to try this place for years. It’ll be on to do list for next time.

Great decision. Best restaurant in BR. Great for a date too. You can chill and have drinks at the bar room before or after. Not overly fancy, but definitely on the nicer side.

Just take the curve. Street parking as far as the eye can see.

Also, Digiulio's has the added benefit of being within walking distance of KSG and the Overpass Merchant, for an after-dinner drink.

That's in my neck of the woods, and I've been meaning to make it over there. Good?
