Maybe you’ll have a different opinion when you turn 25

That new Pimento Cheese sandwich at Chick fil a is really good.
But my dumbass ordered it on uber eats and paid like $26 for one combo meal.

Cooking at home is fun. More people should do it. There'd be less obesity.

Not to brag or be snobby, but my wife an I can crush most restaurants when it comes to cooking. Even fine dining. It's really hard to impress us with food.

I can't imagine going through life without being able to savor such an important part of most of the world's cultures. This is the equivalent of someone telling me that they don't enjoy music, and that listening to a metronome does the job of filling the silence at a measured pace just fine. I genuinely feel sorry for you, and I truly don't mean that in any kind of deprecating way

What are you going to do the next time you're out longer than you'd hoped and you're hungry?

So, you only eat the most healthy food available every meal?

well if you can’t get good food in Ellick might as well give up on the state of Louisiana

Go to little Caesars. $7.00 max pepperoni classic. Always the same 8 slices. Never a disappointment because it is only $6.something and not a lot over $7. And they don’t expect a tip.

I have eaten at some nice restaurants. I don’t see the point to eat a $100-$200 meal when I can fill up on something I cook at home. I don’t view food as something pleasurable. I view it at as fuel necessary to keep my body functioning the way I want it to
Found the guy who is extremely fun at parties

We used to go out to eat weekly and fast food 2-3 times a week. After seeing prices go through the roof since 2021 and service sucking and tipping be so pushy and the food being mediocre at best we now spend to buy good food and prepare it at home. Can have a drink w/o paying $10 plus for it and getting pulled over. Much happier.

I read the entire story and was left with one question. What did you finally cook for dinner?
