I knew a guy who called his show ans said Panchos was the best Mexican restaurant in NOLA. Fitz about had a stroke on air.

As of this moment it is still working.
I just pulled it up.
Five and ten year old restaurant reviews are next to useless.
The recipes are great. Most of the major ones can be found in his cookbook.
This site was the standard for information about dining in New Orleans for decades.
