Hot sauce contains a ton of salt, just saying.

You should beer batter deep fat fry them 1st so they soak up more sauce!
There's nothing more Louisianian than taking healthy veggies, dipping them in a sweet beer batter and then deep frying them. The real kicker is the high fat, high sodium, dipping sauces!
I'd fight obesity but I don't wanna miss dessert.

Do you have to share with your 6 roommates ?

Try dipping into plain Greek yogurt or labnah. Works well for carrots, cucumber, zucchini spears, raw broccoli. More protein and easier on the GI than hot sauce. Tastes good too.
