I've been doing some greek yogurt with just a liiittle bit of the dry ranch seasoning. It's fantastic and much healthier than the regular bottles of ranch.

Get a few habanero peppers and dice them up in small pieced, drop them in a shaker bottle like an old Soy Sauce or Worcestershire Sauce bottle and add vinegar and a bit of salt to your taste. Let this sit for about a week and you'll wind up with a nice hot vinegar that can be used on salads, beans, anything your heart desires.

I use it when I steam okra, broccoli, cauliflower, etc. to give what is usually a pretty bland vegetable a bit of zing.
