My wife claims she loves them, but I've never seen her finish a cookie. I don't care for them at all and they are just not that good

Is this the new desert fad, like cupcakes a few years ago?

Cupcakes were a dessert fad?

Seems like they’ve been a dessert and bakery staple for years.

With a smart concept. Rotating flavors every week is brilliant even with an inferior product

Yeah the ones I get homemade...at home...are way better, not even close. I don't think crumbl are even as good as the Jason's deli ones.

Sone are better than others and I can only eat a piece at a time.

I’ll nibble on a single cookie for 2 days.

Well no shite, they’ve been a staple. The fad aspect was bakeries devoted solely to cupcakes, etc. Do you know what a fad is?

I’m right there with you. People at work were raving so I stopped one day. Didn’t eat more than half of one.

I have a 14yo daughter so we've gone through about 30 4-packs in the last year.

I like them because until crumbl i never got a bite of anything. Now the box comes home and i can cut a slice out of all 4 and try them.

I agree. Eating an entire cookie at one sitting would put me into cardiac arrest.

ETA and 99% of the time we end up throwing the box away with about 50% of each cookie left .

I think they are good. Most of them, at least. It’s a quality cookie made fresh. It’s amazing how they have 8 employees making cookies in that little shop.

Are they worth the hype? Nah, but they are good.

They are definitely overpriced but I guess that’s why they can afford 8 employees making cookies.

I do, but if you’d like to remind me, please let me know what your definition of a fad is.

If you know, why do you need a reminder?

A crumbl opened near me.

their basic chocolate chip or sugar cookies are fine, but nothing to write home about, and certainly not worth the cost/hype.

However, some of their other cookies are more unique and/or adventurous and that’s why they’re popular.

Their strawberry milk cookie from this week is the best cookie I’ve ever had. If anyone is near a crumbl, I’d highly recommend trying that cookie, as today is the last day before new flavors are rotated in.

Also, their business model is brilliant.

One is opening close to our house, and the kids are all geeked out about it. I’m not standing in line for cookies, and I heard that if you order in advance, they don’t even guarantee your order.. you just show up and hope what you want is still there.

Thanks, but I’ll support the local shop a few minutes further down the road
