Better chance stopping inside a gas station and grabbing some rather than a grocery or supermarket.

.... friend told me that Rouses secured the contract to be the lone distributor of Hubigs. The plant is only making a few flavors per week and supplying Rouses with a limited number of pies for each store location. Still haven't seen any in Lafayette which has 3 Rouses

They hit the local grocery stores in the Gonzales area on Friday mornings, I do not care for them but pick up a few for the girls in the office when I see them, so far I have just seen apple and lemon

Went to several different Brother's gas stations to get gas and a Mega Million ticket the past 2 weeks and all 4 had them in stock.

Southside produce has them. Limit 2 per person.

I agree. I had two different pies from two different locations, and both were filled with watery glop. After all the hype they were disappointing.

Finally saw some in Oak Point this week. Quite a few on the shelf after weeks of them selling out as fast as they could be unboxed. I suppose the pastry-seeking hoard was distracted by the king cakes.

Well king cakes, and the fact that the latest incarnation of hubigs seems to be a former shell of itself. I had an apple that was all goop and little to no real apple. The lemon was just runny yellow goop that spilled out as soon as I bit into it. Y'all can have all of mine. Waiting for coconut, that used to be the best IMHO.

I will say, the apple I had was more liquidy inside than they used to be. The lemon was on point
