not reading but theres now way that could allow me to eat crawfish any faster unless theyre already peeled

Push the tail in slightly turn pull out and squeezed while holding the tail meat with my mouth. If I'm peeling to save I just hold the meat with the opposite hand and pull the vein.

I can do it that way, but I just aint in that big of a hurry.
I like to peel em, suck the head, eat the tail...talk a bit, drink a bit, maybe use some dip on every 5th one or so, talk, drink, eat another one. If I was in that big of a hurry Id just order a pizza.

This. Who is in such a rush that they need a more efficient method of eating crawfish?
"Holy shite, I've got to be at church in an hour! How in the hell am I supposed to eat 500 crawfish before I have to leave?!! There's got to be a better way to peel these things!!!!!"

When you do this, push the shell lightly against your teeth. The shell will increase slightly in diameter, sort of like what goes on when you get out of one of these:
Then you can grip the meat with your teeth and pinch the tail. Comes out every time.
BTW, I don't suck heads - it's way too salty. I scoop with my finger to get the load of "fat".
