So the grocery store has these country style ribs on super sale. I have no clue what is the best way to cook these.

Any suggestions?

That’s what I use for jambalaya and Chile verde.

Also, you can season with Tony’s, cover with foil and bake with a touch of chicken broth until cooked. Chop and add jack millers for a killer bbq sandwich

Grilling is best imo. They are pretty fatty and need the rendering and caramelization you get from a hot grill

They are some of the best cuts of pork to grill. Season the day before, throw on a charcoal grill, drink a few cold ones while grilling, life is good.

I've put them in a slow cooker with a bottle of bbq sauce on low for 6-8 hrs or till they fall off the bone. Eat some then, pull pork sandwich or if I have a lot I'll make BBQ spaghetti.

All they are is a Boston Butt cut into strips. Make Char Siu (Chinese Bar Be Que Pork) with them.

I've never grilled them hot, but I have smoked them like ribs, just not as long.

My favorite piece of pork to stew for rice and gravy.

Coat in flour and fry all sides in oil/butter. Scraoe the drippings then Add more fat/flour and begin making a roux. Add onions, bells, garlic and stock and put meat back in the pot. Season heavily with cayenne, black pepper, and salt. Put the lid on and simmer on low for hrs while you drink beer and watch football.

Brings back awesome memories. My grandmother in Avoylles Parish would make this all the time. Yum!

I used to get these often since they were always on sale and super cheap.

The meat is pretty fatty, but I love it. I've always just grilled them. Good with about any seasoning or bbq.

May have to get some again soon. They heat up decently well too since they have so much fat.

Great for pork tacos. Brown, then braise on low heat with green chili enchilada sauce. Do the day before and you can remove lots of excess fat. Then reheat and enjoy

Like some one said they are strips of Boston Butte. Waht ya can do if like me ya watch ya budget is when Rouses ahs their Buttes on sale for less than 1$ a lb buy a twin pack tell the butcher to cut it for ya and they do this for free saves quite a bit for same product. I like to drizzle on steens syrup till shiney then rub on cajun seasoning grill em then finish em with ya favorite BBQ sauce man they good!!!!
