Community recommends 2 tablespoons per 6 ounces of water. My wife thinks that is too much and does about half that. I like it.

What says the board?

That's how I was raised, and it's what I do as an adult now. My Northern Indiaia raised wise is literally afraid of it.

2/6 is the standard ratio. I’ve used it for years

Just depends on taste.

I put about 3/4 cup in a full pot, so it’s more like 1tbsp to 6 oz.

1 heaping tablespoon of coffee per every 2 cups that I’m brewing. So 8 cup pot = 4 Heaping tablespoons of grinds

I fill the pot up to the 6 cup line before adding to the Mr. Coffee. Use 4 Tblsp of coffee - typically slightly more than a tblsp in each scoop. Seems fine to me. I am far from a coffee snob though.

I do about 7-8 spoonfuls then fill the pot to the 8 line.

I have no idea what I'm doing, works for me.

Fill coffee pot to 6 cup mark with water, 3 heaping coffee spoon of grinds, for community coffee. For New Orleans Roast brand I use 2 heaping coffee spoon of grinds to 6 cup mark.

Makes to travel mug fulls for the wife and I.
