Bought and cooked some boudin last Tuesday. It's been in the fridge since. If I eat it, will I die?

No clue but after 5 days I'm probably not eating it

One week in the fridge is my rule for most foods, however seafood and organ meats gets much less, I would pass on 6 day old boudin
As always see if it passes the smell test, when in doubt....throw it out

Thanks dudes. I don't feel like puking so it's headed for the trash can.

Im pretty picky with boudin. If it stays out for a few hours, i miiggght put it in the fridge for tomorrow but I usually throw it out. If it gets refrigerated quickly, 3 days tops.
The problem is the reheat. It never tastes as good when it is reheated.

Id eat the hell out of it. If it tastes funny, chunk it. If not, enjoy.

I ate 5-day old boudin for breakfast this morning in an omelet. I'll report back if any health concerns arise.
