Well that's not 100% true, but yes you're right majority speaking. Ivars is likely taking quite a hit.

Thanks for that info.

We’ve called the ATC 3 times now and have yet to hear back.
Wow. Snitch. Let that place make money.

I mean, this is off topic so I won't delve into it but there are industries you wouldn't think of that are doing fine. Not a big deal - you just said "every single no matter what"

I can't imagine your regular types of bars with call drinks and domestic beer have alcohol flying off the shelves.

Ivar's is relatively expensive for such a shite hole too, can;t imagine people are going out their way to grab just a few beers there

How’s that dude a snitch? He’s in the same business and getting shafted.

If you saw a bar open, that happens to be one of the more “connected” establishments in town, wouldn’t you have questions or are you an establishment bootlicker?

Apologies for the poorly worded subject & OP.

We are certainly not snitching. I started this thread wondering what kind of license they were granted because we can’t seem to get a clear, straight forward answer, or really any answer at all, from the ATC and I hadn’t seen any other bar in BR open to sell food except Ivars and Lakeside.

We are a bar that also sells food, although not in EBR.

Have you gotten any clarifications yet or reached out to anyone?

Still waiting on a call back from ATC. However, thanks to this thread we now know for sure that there is a license we can get to operate which is encouraging.

Did anyone go last night and sit on the patio? Wonder how it was and how late they were able to stay open?

Thought about going but ended up not. Good chance I'll try it out today.
