Pretty similar. Definitely need to have the Bob's Red Mill Steel Cut.

Variety of berries (rasberry, blue, black)
Pecans
Butter
Brown Sugar

My wife goes wacky with shredded unsweetened coconut and cacao nibs as well sometimes. That's really for aesthetics though, imo.

Steel cut is good. Haven’t had it in a minute.

Brown sugar, cinnamon and nutmeg. I'm not a fan of fruit in my oatmeal, but sometimes I do like the blueberries in it.

I have it sometimes at work. Instant oats with bananas and cinnamon. No dairy.

Interesting. I've been reading some on savory applications of oats. Do you have them in any other savory manner?

Cooked in water until not quite done, drained of excess liquid then add honey and a bit of cinnamon to eat it while still hot.

I don't like any grains cooked to mush.

It's still the only way I can eat it. I'm not a big fan, but when sweetened I like it. Maple syrup is really good in it as well as a substitute to the brown sugar

I haven't tried any other savory method. I actually put a couple of dashes of Bragg's Aminos as well as a dash of soy to about 1 cup of steel cut oats.

While it’s half way cooking in microwave, I crack an egg on top and let it poach. Then add cheese.
