Congrats to all participants! Thank you viewers, voters, and “chefs.”

SUBMISSION THREAD FOR HOT DOG/WIENER CHALLENGE

First: Darla Hood - Crispy Hot Dogs in Four Coatings: Crushed Nacho Cheese, Parmesan, Pork Panko, Powdered Shrimp

Second: SixthAndBaronne - Korean Corndog (with Homemade Beef Shoulder Franks)

Third: Jax-Tiger - Chili Cheese Dogs

Fourth: No8Easy2 - The Full Monte Cristo Dog

Langland, thanks for participating with perseverance, passion and anger! Great entry, as were they all.

I’m thinking maybe the next challenge ingredient could be SQUASH! This could include pumpkin, butternut squash, spaghetti squash, delicata squash, acorn squash, and other fall/winter squashes. Soups, stuffing/dressing, pies, cakes, casseroles, entrees, sides … all could be possibilities.

What do y’all think?

I think we would be out, but go for it! Maybe I could find a way to make squash edible?

And congrats, that looked delicious!

I'm sure I can add enough garlic, grease, and cheese.

Congrats, Darla, and the rest of the participants!

I hate hot dogs, so I can't say that I would eat any of your dishes, but they all looked great for what they are and, as always, I'm in awe of your creativity and efforts.

I never participate so I don't have a dog in this fight, but I LOVE squash and would be stoked to see what y'all can do with it.

Whatever the ingredient, I'm looking forward to drooling over the entries

Wait for the poster with the Ohio state badge who always makes pasta. It will be butternut pasta or butternut gnocchi and will likely smoke everyone

My wife and I are amateur home cooks and it's still fun. You should jump in.
