I've never been to this. How does this work? So on Saturday I pay 60 bucks and that covers all the food I want to eat for that day or is it 60 bucks to get in and I still have to pay for food?

You still pay for food. It’s very cheap though, or used to be. They’re raising money for children with pediatric cancer, and it’s a competition to see which team sold the most in dollars.
They present a big check to families in need later after the event.
They start emailing a few months before the event if you’re on the list, and early bird tickets are more in the $30 range. Or used to be.

Most of my IG is probably events and stuff I'm lucky enough to help him out with.
He did the NOLA On Tap event the weekend after we got back from Texas I believe. Anything involving beef cheeks I'm in, but that tostada looked like money!!

One of my best friends from HS is a founding member of team Fluer de Que. They take pride in cooking but their main goal is to win the fundraiser champion. In 2021 they raised $700K, last year they raised $450K, and this years goal is $1M donated to pediatric cancer. This stellar event is all about the kids battling cancer
