The brisket egg rolls from Barbosa/merchant (Deuce pigolo) were best thing I ate all day.

They were all meat and no rendered fat. Chewy would be a good descriptor I guess. No bark whatsoever.

i hate myself for complaining about parking and waiting another 20 minutes in line to swap ticket for a wristband. I'd wait another 4 days for a wristband if the event was next weekend.
First time going to Hogs and it is easily my second favorite event in the city (jazz fest #1). So much good food and the Boar's Nest was a blast to party at.
