HEB is trying to cash in on the crawfish explosion that's been happening in TX. I think most of their stores boil crawfish on Saturdays now.

HEB sausages are pretty solid. Never had their boiled crawfish. Saw them selling it in San Antonio and had no idea people boiled crawfish there

Yes
HEB is GOAT grocery chain.
As for their sausages, their Premuim beef and Premium Jalapeño-Cheddar are solid. Opa's makes a much better jalapeño-cheddar sausage.
FTR, the TX based boudin just does not look appealing. Pass.

Damn, if not for the steam I couldn't tell that basket had ever seen a pot. Seasoning must be expensive over there.
