Poke is probably your best bet, then. Restaurants around here do not focus on healthy food at all. Some create healthier dishes, but that's about it. You have to accept that the vast majority of people in this area do not give 2 shits about health food.

I again suggest the Eat Fit app. Here is City Pork's offerings, for example:

Ceviche — superior, soji, etc

Sashimi salad - umami, Wahada, also soji , etc

The grilled chicken plate at chimes is actually not dry. They must brine their chicken.

Raw oysters - pick any places with specials to get them cheap. Phil’s on Mondays. Chimes and Parrains on Tuesday.

Tacos on corn tortillas are super diet friendly. I like them with shrimp or fish.

Thai Pepper on Florida is one of my favorites. Any place that does hibachi or fajitas, MJ's Cafe, deli at Fresh Market/Whole Foods/Oak Point, Dang's, Cocha, Bay Leaf.

Neither one of these are what I'd call healthy

Why do you say? Every place you go is gonna have high salt, but my gotos at Thai Pepper are basil chicken and any of their curries, both are loaded with fresh veg. I'm not eating plates of pad thai and dumplings lol

We like Izzo's when going for fresh and healthy. Steak salad can be low calorie depending on what you add.

Most burger places will put anything on a lettuce bun.

I don't even care about salt, but they're sauces even on basil chicken almost certainly is packed with several servings of sugars and based with cheap, shitty oils that are calorie dense.

Still better than getting some fried plate with French fries, but it's definitely not healthy.

I'll disagree on that, you're thinking of a chinese buffet.

Im thinking of Thai Pepper and the actual ingredients used to make Basil Chicken, but your opinion on something objective is noted

These are typically the adverse items for most restaurant foods, including items that otherwise generally seem “healthy”.

and this is why thai pepper is super bad for me. I am addicted to their pad thai. Bean sprouts are healthy
