It's so good. Is this new this year or just not mass produced like the strawberry?

I dunno. I'd hesitate to mention a this on the F&D Board. They are pretty ruthless over there. First of all it's Abita second it's a peach lager. You'll get torn to shreds.

eta: It's probably seasonal one of their Harvest series.

It is new, its part of the harvest series which includes strawberry and blueberry. And yes it will be mass produced, just like every beer that abita makes

Grown men can drink what they damned well please. Questions are generally well received. As long as he doesn't start acting like this is the second coming of Westy, we'll all be fine

Holy shite, I didn't realize this. Please point me in the direction of their Imperial Louisiana Oyster Stout and their Shotgun Double IPA. I'm in Ohio, but since it is all mass produced, I'm sure you can let me know where to get it. Thanks!

I don't doubt it, but my point is if someone is going to rag on a brewer, at least tell the truth. Abita doesn't mass produce every beer they make.

Nope, I think they may even keg some small batch stuff at their brewery and you can try but it never get's bottled.

Bad Mother Shucker and Shotgun I'm almost positive were distributed, but that was about 6 months ago. Pretty sure they are not year round brews, however, so if you missed them then you probably missed out.

But make no mistake, they make a ton of the stuff and it was in markets. To pretend it's not mass produced is foolish.

If it's anything like their strawberry lager, I'll throw a few a cases in the closet for six months or so.

I was rotating a 12 pack last night with citridellics. The strawberry really beers really come into their own after a while.
