there’s a famous restaurant in crested butte CO that only serves a three course family style meal called the slogar…one of the four first courses they serve everyone is tomato chutney and cottage cheese and it’s insanely good

Ottolenghi has a blistered tomato recipe on Greek yogurt that's super popular, and I imagine it would be just as good on whipped cottage cheese.

Wow. Thanks for bringing this to my attention. I’ll eat almost everything and don’t remember ever trying cottage cheese. It’s awesome. Got the daisy 4% and love it. Greek yogurt is going to take a back seat.

Im trying to lose weight this year. Cottage Cheese and Greek Yogurt are my favs to eat.
I put the Cheesecake sugar free jello packets in the Greek Yogurt. I want to do it with the cottage cheese.
I love cottage cheese.
It has something I crave.

Can't put that stuff near my mouth, along with Cream Cheese.
I can tolerate Sour Cream and use it in baking some products along with a dollop or two on a loaded baked potato.
As a kid I didn't like any kind of cheese and to this day I will mainly eat the white cheeses----Provolone, Swiss and Mozzarella.
