I can't get hype for an InBev product, especially when they fricked over their customers with bad beer.

I decided a while back not to support InBev any longer, so I’m not giving them a penny. I’m sure the beer will be great, just like I’m sure Wicked Weed is still making great beer. But at some point I’ve gotta draw the line.

There's no way I get my hands on this. Unless, I trade or find a place in Texas.

Real talk, there are plenty of barrel aged stouts at specs that are as good or better. I can’t speak for the barley wine since I’ve never had it.

Gonna pick up a few to keep in the beer fridge. Not going out of my way to wait in line or anything. I don't think it is as good as KBS or anything.

two years ago it was infected, they took it back and gave refunds. Last year they mixed the previous years infected bottles with new ones and didn't say anything. Royally fricked over a store near me to the point they don't carry GI anymore.

If I saw one reasonably priced I'm sure I would grab it, but I aint waiting inline or paying a premium for anything. There is a viable alternative to every beer now just sitting on shelves year round.

Used to be a tradition to chase it around, but I have a closet with 4 years’ worth that I never drink. I just don’t drink those laquery barrel aged stouts enough

Never heard this. Was aware of '15, but they refunded. In some cases more than what it cost. I can't fault that. There have been plenty of breweries with an infected batch that just say sorry

I'm not totally against InBev products just yet, but it's got to be the only choice or nearly free, such as the other day when I found some '14 750ml Matildas on clearance for $2.99.

Between InBev, the infected batch from years ago, the price and the fact that just about every brewery is pumping out great barrel aged beers i have zero interest in BCBS and i live in Chicago. Just a joke that people line up for this
