Any must haves? I see a debris poboy on the menu. Anyone had it?

Used to be great. Is almost borderline terrible now. They stopped making lots of stuff from scratch that they used to make.

I can tell you DON'T get the shrimp and grits or the seafood salad.

Pot roast is still good, which I imagine is also in the debris poboy. Blue cheese chips are great.

That's a bit of a stretch.

Maybe it is.. I think it really just depends on what you order. If I went to Byronz today, I'd probably order one of the sandwiches or the pot roast plate and/or the blue cheese chips. Those have always been good.

But I've also had meals that were so bad it was surprising. Especially since it used to be one of my favorite places in town.

The Willow Grove location is no bueno. The original still has a few decent things. Like you said, the pot roast is good (though it comes out of a bag). Blue cheese chips are still good. I like the beaucoup burger with blue cheese.

I can attest. LL always recommended it on this board so her opinion of a drop in quality would carry weight.

There nothing really special there (though the food isn't bad either). It used to be a pretty good value when it first opened in BR. Now? Not so much, and the beer prices are absurd. $7.50 for a NOLA Blond pint.

With these reviews maybe we should go elsewhere. Lol. We're a part of a group that eats out once a month at various restaurants in the area. Any suggestions when it's my turn to pick again?

Well who the hell would actually "want" pot roast at a restaurant? And it comes out of a bag?

Y'all will still have a nice time. Just get a burger and as everyone has said, blue cheese chips.

The last time we had dinner there, someone in our party had the tuna that was covered with a extremely heavy coat of Asian sauces.

I realized why it was so heavily sauced when I tasted it. The tuna was so fishy and bad that I had to spit it out into my napkin.

It’s really sad what has happened to this place. Sad to think that Byronz was on my regular rotation.

Bleu Cheese chips, burger or chicken blt and you are ok. Anything beyond that gets a bit dicey.

Not good. Has really gone downhill.

I remember when I first joined this site I posted about a bad experience I'd had there, and the people here jumped on my arse telling me I was wrong. Now I see that the bad reviews are piling up, and people are starting to see what I meant.
