Someone told me Ginos changed their terrific Arancini recipe. Did they and if so why?????

Was there today for lunch. Didn't have arancini. Got no info for you. The grilled snapper was good though.

Possibly the best overall restaurant in Baton Rouge...
Though I love Pinetta’s and Diguilios for Italian, Gino’s takes the cake.

Except the prices, but yeah the menu is virtually the same for at least 30-40 years that I know of.... if it ain’t broke.,,

A friend had his wife bring him one home when she went for lunch there. I didn’t see it but he said it was like stuffed in French bread and not good.

Gino knows what his customers want. He is one of the best restaurateurs in Louisiana, I don't think I've ever had anything I didn't like.
