Since I've never had a pour from a brite tank that I'm aware of, or even know what a brite tank even is vs the other tanks in a brewery, guess I don't know what I'm missing out on.

I actually get that and respect that. I would do the same.
However, several will just give you the run around rather than being up front and honest. Just make it known. The loyal customers will be taken care of first.

I just want to know what it tastes like FFS!
I'm sure it will be good, it may even be great, but I can't imagine that it could possibly be worth all this hype.
