Umm...but the difference between the Shrev-Bossier-Ruston market and Houston-Beaumont is likely much wider than the gap between Lafayette and NOLA.

Keep in mind this is purely hypothetical.

The same could be said for Great Raft expanding into Dallas before BR, but that's not gonna happen either.

right

and I wouldn't fault y'all to be upset

although y'all do at least get Great Raft an hour down the road

the closest I can get Parish is in Alexandria and it is very limited

the damn brewery is called Parish

Terrible argument.

Valid argument.

It certainly isn't because Parish doesn't want to be there. They just started making enough beer to expand into New Orleans and Houma. I have to think their next step would be Lake Charles before they start heading north.

At the Brooklyn Mash panel Andrew was stating just how damn hard it was to even get Canebrake over to Lake Charles. He's working every "Parish" as fast as he can.

I'm off the GOAT train with this batch... Before it was an unbalanced, fruity mess but it was awesome. Could smell it across the room right after pouring. Now it's tastes like its been toned down for the masses. It's still a great DIPA but not as epic as it once was.
