Umm...but the difference between the Shrev-Bossier-Ruston market and Houston-Beaumont is likely much wider than the gap between Lafayette and NOLA.

wait what?
Parish is going to start distributing to Texas before north LA?
frick Parish if true
You would be against them expanding their business to one of the biggest cities in the country? Damn

Keep in mind this is purely hypothetical.
The same could be said for Great Raft expanding into Dallas before BR, but that's not gonna happen either.

right
and I wouldn't fault y'all to be upset
although y'all do at least get Great Raft an hour down the road
the closest I can get Parish is in Alexandria and it is very limited

the damn brewery is called Parish
he needs to distribute to the rest of the state before he goes out of state
Terrible argument.

I'm assuming it easier to go to a new market in-state than out-of-state as well
Valid argument.

East TX > South Arkansas

And you have to drive to Alexandria. Yikes

It certainly isn't because Parish doesn't want to be there. They just started making enough beer to expand into New Orleans and Houma. I have to think their next step would be Lake Charles before they start heading north.

At the Brooklyn Mash panel Andrew was stating just how damn hard it was to even get Canebrake over to Lake Charles. He's working every "Parish" as fast as he can.

Anyone have a clue if there will be any bottles available anywhere in BR on Memorial Day weekend?
Posted on 5/13/15 at 3:39 pm to SUB
I'm gonna say no. Got 6 cases in yesterday, and it's already gone

I'm off the GOAT train with this batch... Before it was an unbalanced, fruity mess but it was awesome. Could smell it across the room right after pouring. Now it's tastes like its been toned down for the masses. It's still a great DIPA but not as epic as it once was.
