Cat piss has a little wang to it.

So without going back 8 pages is it out in BR? I'm not chasing it but if I bumped into it I'd buy some.

I have only gotten a couple of the last few batches because you hounds get them before I can. This is first batch since last year that I was able to get more than 2 bottles. However I really like how light and refreshing this beer is for DIPA. It is the perfect IPA for hot summers drinking which is what a Louisiana brewery should be aiming for.

Same amount produced as batch 4. I was referencing the Simcoe aroma in this one. Much more cat pissy than previous batches. This is definitely the most polarizing batch of it. As much as I enjoyed the last batch, I hope he sticks with something along these lines going forward.

Apparently Hocus Pocus is giving refunds for people that bought GITM this week from them

They said it was a "system error" that they were charging 24 dollars a 4 pack.

Im sure either Jacob or Andrew werent happy about this

Thats what happened with DEEP ELLUM DREAMCRUSHER DIPA. They lowered the abv from 10% to 8.5% when they went to year round production. They also lowered the rye content and just plain fricked it up.

So did he not sell all of the last batch?

This is just as hoppy, but with a different hop profile. Period. The hops haven't been dumbed down, that's for sure.

I'm off the GOAT train with this batch... Before it was an unbalanced, fruity mess but it was awesome. Could smell it across the room right after pouring. Now it's tastes like its been toned down for the masses. It's still a great DIPA but not as epic as it once was.

I like it better. It is a lot more balanced and smooth.

Damn. I'm still excited to try it, but... to me, Citra > Simcoe.

What was the first "shelf turd"? Which by the way, sounds like an outstanding college prank. Like an upper decker but in someone's room.

it's simply my opinion but i dont think there is any way the last 2 batches, but especially this last one, have the hop profile and content of the first 3 batches

And also for great beers and nice aged whiskeys.
