I know there aren't very many threads talking about Ghost on this board, so figured I'd start one 
Anywhere I can find this stuff in bottles around Metairie right now? I'm tired of hearing about it and not trying it. Someone point me in the right direction!

This stuff is generally gone within hours of it being delivered to the store.
You might can get it on tap at Lagers or World of Beer. That's your only hope until the next batch ships.

I've got some at my house. You got any whales to trade? My honey hole is the Chevron on Vets near Causeway. You have to ask Amid to get some out of the back. Tell him Perm sent you. You have to speak clearly and loud because he is hard of hearing and the glass window muffles the sound a little.

I need it on tap in the Hammond area, I only work in Metairie. I want to try the shite but doubt its worth losing my job over sampling it on lunch 
I was hoping there was somewhere I could scoop it up on lunch to bring home, but sounds like that won't be happening.

Haven't seen bottles yet, buuuuuuut I had some at BBG last night.
I have to be honest...It smelled like cat piss.
I got a second one, and again cat piss is all I could get on the nose.
It tasted fine, it looks like Sunny D, and at $8 for a small glass, I'll probably just stick to Lagunitas IPA for a while.

Blackened Brew posted something cryptic about GITM on their Facebook page Monday, but as of last night I didn't see any sign of it and the waitress didn't know what I was referring to.

The beer guy at acquistapace's told me he was told by parish that they were going to start ramping up on production, maybe once a month. I'm sure they understand they are missing out on some cash. So hopefully this hunting won't be necessary in the future, although it is kinda fun. And great when you finally get it.

Yeah, they have started that already. We had December, January, and February batches. Hasn't made it less hard to get yet.
