Going to do some pulled pork sandwiches. A little hungover so I don’t know why I decided honey for the meat but figured what the hell it could be good. Also not pictured is the brine I let it sit in for 12 hours.

Buffalo chicken dip with crackers and veggies for mid-day.

Hogback potatoes using pulled pork left from last weekend for the nightcap.

Doing 10 pounds of wings. Gonna make a big pot of beef,chicken and vegetable stew, too.

Looks good, I got a couple chucks hitting the cast iron for a sear then slow cook, wife doing some side

Someone on here recently posted they coat their Boston butt in honey.

I’m making boudin cheddar biscuits and a fresh ceviche. Heading to a party so that’s all I’m doing.

I got a hamper of No. 2 crabs to boil, should be putting them in about the beginning of the 4th quarter. Momma wants them boiled for 5:30 for her 70th birthday party.

Wings. Lots of wings. Brined and dry rubbed with Plowboys Yardbird. Going on the grill in a few hours.

Made about 75 jalapeno poppers stuffed with shrimp and cream cheese last night. Gonna hit the grill around noon.

Just finished prepping the smoker and about to get the ribs ready.

Brisket should be done in a couple hours or so. Them I'm smoking some sausage and chicken thighs for about an hour before they go in the gumbo
