On the island? Rudy and Pacos (my favorite), Mosquito Cafe, Miller's Cafe, Gaidos, Gypsy joint is a really cool spot, Olympia Cafe is good.

Skip The Spot. Galveston brewing is an ok place to hang out, but the beer is pretty average.

And if you have kids with you, Moody Gardens Christmas light display is pretty big. Has ice skating and some other kid oriented stuff.

Temps are supposed to be in the 80s. Ferry ride to Bolivar and back is relaxing.

Miss that. Brews Brothers too.

OP - Get breakfast at Bronco Burrito. Favorite other places are Farley Girls, Mosquito Cafe, Sunflower Bakery and Cafe.

list above is good...i'd add to it Maceo's for a suprisingly good muffalatta and other deli items and BLVD for seafood.

If you have little ones, they’ll enjoy rainforest cafe.
