Stop yelling!

But, I'd say best source for salmon in Baton Rouge at least is Costco.

quote:

Salamon is a Mammal Digimon. It is a Holy-species Digimon child characterized by its lop ears. Because it is still very young, it is unable to manifest its holy powers, and isn't even aware of its own mission. For that reason, it is naturally insecure, so it can become either good or evil. However, the time will come someday when Salamon, who was born as a Holy-species Digimon, will awaken to its mission as one of the "Virus Busters".

Why do you want it already frozen?

Costco or Rouses. Vacuum seal it and freeze it.

And quit yelling please.

Costco is my favorite (fresh) ad has won numerous awards as best tasting

recently had a frozen filet from Wild Fork which had a different texture but the flavor was great

lol no worries just having some good natured fun.

i believe any large retail market would carry good quality frozen salmon. Just make sure its package says its from a good source and flash frozen. ingredients should be limited on anything other than fish and water and some some peservatives.

I think someone mentioned buying fresh and freezing yourself. i wouldnt. the processors who use flash freezing preserve the meat quality much better than your freezer could ever do.

Restaurant depot has a lot of frozen fish options if you can get into there, the individually frozen seabass portions are great.
