Fleur de Lis is really good. Get the one with everything, including anchovies. Those push it over the top.
Pastime is OK, but the crust is God-awful. To be honest, I really like their fried seafood. They have a huge fried seafood platter for dirt cheap.
Red Zeppelin, Reginelli's, Johnny's and City Slice are all good. Little Caesars is right next to my house, so we pick up food there way too often. Haven't had a pizza yet at Rocca.
It's a shame Mellow Mushroom and Dean-O's Pizza left town. And what was that buffet joint on Staring back in the early 90s? That place was good.

Pastime is some of the worst pizza I’ve ever had. They use the same prepackaged crusts that places like Walmart use.

I wish people would stop eating fleur de lis. Some of the shittiest customer service in the city. And they're fricking proud of it.

It really is. You feel like you are back in the 60s or something when you go in there. Family hanging out looking at the you like, "what the hell do you want?"

I am not from BR. I have lived here 15 years and still have not gone to FDL.
My children who were born in BR have gone with their grandma (who is also not from BR and does not like it), they like it. But they eat anything - they are kids.
Rocca is good. I haven't been to the fancy Rotolo's, but we order from the other Rotolo's pretty often. Haven't tried city slice either.

ive only been to FDL 3 times or so and I never understood the hype that it got.
Now Red Zeppelin, I will mow that down any day of the week. I also love eating there.

I’ve been all of twice, but it was excellent both times. It’s an artisan pizza so expect something different. But they did it really really well.
I’ve gone to FDL three times and all three times I was extremely underwhelmed with the pizza. The rudeness of the staff was top notch. As previously mentioned, they seem to have mastered the GFY attitude at that dump.

Yeah FDL is so meh to me. Red Zeppelin is awesome. Best pizza in town imo.
