What is everyone doing?
I am thinking about smoking some chicken and ribs with all the fixins on the side.
If any of you decide to cook something really good please include derections to your tailgate

Usually its BBQ............grilling what peeps show up with all day in 100 degree heat, suckin down 10 oz Buds in two swigs, and changing shirts at least 3 times.
I'll prolly get a tray of mini Muffs from Anthony's as well...........

We have done the same menu for as long as I can remember for the first home game.
Popeyes chicken, homemade potato salad, 7 layer mexican dip, brownies, peanuts, lots of other stuff.
It's simple for the first week, then we bring out the big guns.

We are going to bring out 3 ice chests of beer and 3 ice chests of water and a sno-cone machine.

Boudin and BBQ! Probably some drunk chickens and a pork tenderloin. Mini meatballs and 5 gallons of Italian Margaritas from Monjunis for appetizers

You can find shrimp year round. Just check with your local seafood distributor.

Not if all of you get a bottle. Now if only 4 or 5 tailgates, then yeah a jug. A big granny from the Beverly Hillbillies jug. I just might whistle a tune on it.
