They give shitty service period. Went in one time a few years back and asked for the Saints game (live in Houston where there are lots of Saints fans). Waitress says we can't change the channels and not even on one of the small tv's. We bitched enough and got what we wanted from the dip shite manager, but will not go back.

cant go to that place on tuesdays in BR, its like Harlem in there.
Only time that may be worse is certain NFL sundays when the throngs of steelers fans take over the place.
Lots of Hi-c served and no tips made by the wait staff on those days as well.

just look at the fricking clientele that they cater to on a regular basis .. i don't think they really care about good service ..

No shite. It isn't like people who are good are beating down the doors to work there.
Even with a decent tipper(which I'm sure most people who go there aren't) how much money do you think these servers are making? Can't be a good amount.

Been to the one in Covington once and the service was pretty bad too. They were packed, I will give them that. But when someone at my table asks for sauce on the side, don't get it when the food comes out, tells the waiter about it, and still has to wait 10 minutes until the dude reappears - there's a problem.

Obviously not. They clearly have no repercussions from higher-ups or else they wouldn't be able to give such shitty service.
FWIW, I don't know how.. but I've never had bad service at BWW. I've been to the one on Bluebonnet more than 5 times and honestly never had bad service. I even look for it since I read about it here all the time. I must have just gotten REALLY lucky.
