Nice!! I realized I had bought a Rizing Bines (sp?) and put it in the cabinet with some other beers. Not sure why I stored it considering its an IPA. You know they aren't getting any fresher.

We had one last night, its pretty good. Not top notch, but above average.

To a guy that is new to sours (as in never had one before), what would be a good beginner sour that is not too pricey and available in nola/br? Looking to expand my palate from ales and stouts.

1809 Berliner Weiss and Monk's Cafe are 2 good ones to start with.
