Unfortunately not. I asked the rep when we would get some and he wouldn't give me a time frame. He said maybe a couple of weeks.

There was also a guy there from Southwest beverage who said when it does come in, it will mostly be at Homsis and Lake St Liquor. Maybe some at Hocus.

BTW, in case anyone's interested apparently the next Lips Of Faith is going to be a coconut curry porter I think. I. Sure about the coconut curry part but not 100% about the porter part.

That's correct.

They are also doing a collab with Cigar City on a Berliner Weisse.

The Ranger was definitely different. I liked it warmer I think. I'll have to look and see what hops they use in it. Just seems different.

Cascade, Chinook and Simcoe. Then Cascade for the dry hop.

It's not the greatest IPA, but drinkable and for $3 a bomber, I have no problem drinking it. I will say I like it more than I remember, but it's been probably 2 years since I've had one prior to last week.

I think I could pick up the cascade dry hop. Was a really fresh dry hop taste and aroma.

I'll drink it again for sure at $3.95

Found it in Albertsons by my house for $2.99. I'd imagine it's the same at the one by yours.

The one by my house sucks as far as selection goes but I always get wine and liquor there so I'll check it out.

That's why I was posting so much in the Alexander's thread.

Same with mine. The beer selection is awful. But they do have all 5 New Belgiums, at least for now. I imagine Mockler pushed that pretty good.

Yep, I'd say so. Probably the most hyped release I've seen of a new craft brewery in LA.

Absolutely. And as much they get shite on here, it's absolutely a good thing if more people drink Fat Tire over BMC products.

Oh certainly. I'm not shitting on them at all just poking fun at the encounters I've seen and heard with people that like Fat tire(Yuengling) so much. I'll drink it if I'm feeling a beer like that.

No doubt. Takes more market share from BMC and will lead many to better beers.

New Belgium...a gateway to better beer drinking.

All this New Belgium talk is weird for me out here because its been out here for so long and I never really drank it.

Then there is the fact that Lagunitas poignantly pointed out last August regarding New Belgium's acceptance of government money. On that fact alone you right wing whackos in LA should boycott NB.

Lagunitas owner chides New Belgium for taking public funds, touts private financing

for good reason, outside of lof its a very average brewery. i agree, its better than people drinking bmc products, but i have no desire to buy any of their regular offerings just because they finally made it to louisiana.
