FBD is an Art Cap IPA. This is very good IMO. Well done by Saint Arnold. Glad this will be a regular for them.

Generally the adjunct flavors are going to drop out, but that's not always bad.

You'd be a fool if you put Cinnamon Roll'd in the cellar. If it ain't hot, drink it fresh.

I was commenting more so on the conversation and the flavors fading with age; not your plan to drink it fresh. Ya know, the flavors that make Cinnamon Roll'd great.

I think people get too caught up in aging beer and that is why I added the second statement in my post. The original post was that they were planning to age Cinnamon Roll'd with having never tried the beer before. That's ridiculous. How could you even appreciate the beer's flavors changing with nothing to base it on?

And so, if the beer isn't hot/undrinkable, enjoy the beer now.

F&SBD are Elevated IPAs.

Thanks for these Kim! Killer beer, if anyone can ever get Father Nelson, get it all. It makes Ghost and Heady seem malty.

Yea I drank a 2014 a couple weeks ago. Turned out really well.

That's a really good beer IMO. I bought a four pack of this year's over the weekend. Drank one and cellared two. I think you just inspired me to drink the other

Speaking of holding onto things, I am terrified to open my BC Barleywines now.

All of my aging is done by accident. My problem is that have access to so many fresh hoppy beers, that I don't spend a lot of time drinking out of my cellar, so my beer ages and multiplies - except for the hoppy stuff.

I know, I know. First world maven problems. I'm about to get off work, and I have to figure out where I'm going to stop for a much needed beer on the way home. I can't make a decision...
