can someone describe what Lagunitas Sucks tastes like? I had one a couple of nights ago but have no sense of taste right now due to this flu. what other beer would you compare it ?

It's like biting into a grapefruit followed by some hoppy bitterness and a smidge of funk. Kinda reminds me of sixpoint resin but maybe a little better. Not quite surly abrasive but very close IMO. We drank it the other day with surly abrasive, Firestone walker double jack and Pliny and it held its own.

I prefer Sucks over Resin. It's really an easy drinking, very tasty IPA

I like it a lot

Yep, I think it is definitely better. It has more of the good citrusy, sweet hop component than Resin.

About to enjoy a $10 pitcher of Timber beast.

They accidentally had the kegs switched up for Southern pecan. Such an unremarkable beer when you're expecting greatness from the Beast.
